Ufos in the bible

UFOs are called Clouds in the Bible

The term "cloud" is predominantly used in the King James Bible to depict UFOs today. Ancient people might have likened unidentified flying objects to clouds, as clouds were the only recognizable objects in the sky that seemed similar. Unfortunately, this interpretation has led many within the church to misunderstand, thinking of God as a mere flying cloud. Such confusion might have obscured the church's perception of God's true nature, even putting them at odds with the real image of God.

Webster's Dictionary defines a cloud as a visible mass of condensed water vapor floating in the atmosphere, usually high above the ground.

Let's examine the characteristics of the cloud as associated with God to determine if it shares any resemblance with the standard definition of a cloud.

God's cloud is described as having the ability to:

  1. Hover in one spot for up to a year,

  2. Ignite in flames every night, lasting up to a year,

  3. Move back and forth among a crowd,

  4. Deliver "angel food" to nourish people,

  5. Fire arrows and exhibit flashing swords,

  6. Act as canopies to provide shade,

  7. Abduct individuals and transport them to heaven, including during the rapture,

  8. Ascend and descend between the earth and the sky,

  9. Guide people on journeys,

  10. Serve as a throne,

  11. Symbolize His strength, as per Psalm 68:34,

  12. Showcase bright, flashing lights and colors referred to as Glory,

  13. Engage in combat, even annihilating armies.

Considering these characteristics, it's reasonable to question whether we are discussing a simple cloud. Isn't it more likely that the term "cloud" is a rudimentary description of something far more advanced and high-tech?
